Our app was inspired by the hectic challenges our founders faced while operating their own fast food dessert business.

Imagine a bustling Friday night, orders stacking up, and then—boom!— The delivery driver gets a flat tyre (or simply doesn’t show up!)

It’s not a typical disaster, but when it happens, it's a nightmare!

Orders get delayed, customers start calling in like:

“I ordered an hour ago. Where’s my food?”

Refund requests start pouring in

And sometimes, the dreaded “Turn Deliveries Off” button

Unhappy customers, lost revenue, negative ratings and refund requests can quickly turn a good day into a challenging week.

We thought there had to be a better way. So, we created an app for it!
